I am not a chef, I’m not professionally trained in the kitchen, and I love to think that I’m a lazy cook! BUT, at the end of any dinner party people are always asking for my recipes…
Growing up in South East Louisiana we were taught how to cook as soon we could reach the kitchen counter. Some of my greatest childhood memories are sitting around my Grandmas kitchen table cutting up vegetables with my cousins.
I’ve decided to call this new adventure Paper Plate Approved, because well quite frankly we’re just not fancy cooks and our best served meals are eaten on paper plates.
