This simple four ingredient pizza dough will be the easiest pizza dough you ever make! Not only is it extremely easy to make, it has an amazing taste and texture.
We love using this homemade pizza dough to make a quick pizza at home.

Homemade Pizza Dough

10″ PizzasThis is the pefect fresh tomato sauce that can be used right on Pasta, into other dishes, or to make a pizza.
Ingredients
- Pizza Dough
630 grams 630 water
1000 grams 1000 flour
8 grams 8 Fleischmann’s Active Dry Yeast
20 grams 20 salt

- To Make Dough
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix all ingredients with your dough hook attachment, mix until well blended
- Let it rest for 20 minutes
- Mix on low for 2-3 minutes until the dough is smooth
- Divide the dough into 6 even balls, for 6, 10-12″ pizza. We used a scale and measured each ball of dough out into about 274 gram balls of dough
- Coat the dough ball with olive oil and place into a Ziploc bag
- Refrigerate the dough for 24 hours before using or freezing

- How to use: Use this pizza dough to make a Home Made Pizza
- How to store: Pizza dough will stay good in the fridge for 3-4 days
- How to freeze: Add the dough bags to the freezer until you need them. Just remove from the freezer 48 hours in advance and let them defrost in the fridge
